February Income Report

Every month I will be documenting my income from all of my side hustles. As I am just starting out some (more like all) of these amounts will be very little or even nothing. In full future me style though I’m going to include things that I may not even have done yet because I know that in the future these things will be bringing in an income.

Rideshare Income $0.00

I recently have been asked a lot of questions about rideshare driving and how to get started.

I also have been doing a lot of research and podcast interviews and am itching to go out driving again.

Hopefully, next month will have some income from this if for nothing else an experiment I have planned.

Blog Income $100.00

So, I am focusing on rideshare driving for the next month and it’s paid off. The blog income this month came from someone signing up to drive for Lyft.

They make some extra money and so do I, which is great. It’s exciting to be able to help people better themselves and get paid at the same time.

In fact, if you go to my resources page and buy anything I recommend I’ll get a small portion of that money. It costs you nothing extra but helps support me and this site.

Freelance Income $5,002.70

I have one main client and a few smaller ones. I deal with sponsored posts, email marketing, content creation, Facebook ads, affiliate marketing, customer service, and many other things.

Now, it’s possible that I could make more money if I spent the time working on others stuff and put that on my own site only. However, it would take some time to get to that level of income on my own site.

I may eventually only work on my own stuff but for now, this is needed to pay the bills.

Amazon FBA Income $742.11 Cost $744.19

Did I really lose money?

Well, no I didn’t. If you go back to last months income report you’ll not how I spent far less than this and made far more.

Each month with Amazon FBA is exciting, I do know though that I need to put more time into it.

I have some plans for this income stream in the next few months, we’ll see what happens.

Misc. Income $48.90

One day this month I went to my mailbox, opened it and there was a check for $42.00 that is all I did to get this money this month.

Then, I got a payment from ebates to make up the rest. I didn’t do much for this money.

Wrap Up

Monthly Income Needed:$3,000
Side Income Total:$6,535.82
Difference: +$3,535.82
YOY Increase: $5,157.38 or 375%
After Expenses: $4,400.55

A really decent month. I was able to work on my couch and make more than enough to support myself and my wife.

As the business has grown I have started taking on more and more expenses.

I’ll go into detail about them in the future but I could do the work without such high expenses but I wouldn’t be able to spend as much time as I want to do things I love.

Next Month

March is the end of Q1, so we’ll be starting a new topic (no more rideshare driving after March 31st for a while).

I’ll have my health update, where I haven’t lost really any weight yet. Also, I’ll be looking for more ways to help you guys become better versions of yourself.
