As far back as I can remember I have been overweight. I have attempted to lose weight many times in the past but have always failed.
I started going to the gym about a year ago, paid for a membership and even got a trainer to help me get in shape. I met with the trainer once a week for 6 months and didn’t lose any weight. I changed my diet and ate what I felt was right (as explained by my trainer). I lost no weight, in fact I kept gaining weight.
