10 Episodes Guaranteed To Improve Your Health, Money, And Sanity

I started my podcast in January of 2018, and though I haven’t been as consistent as I should with it, I’ve had absolute AMAZING interviews.

So, here are the top 10 most downloaded episodes thus far.

10. Set Meaningful Goals

Amy Jones was a guest who came recommended from someone else, and honestly, I had never heard of her before.

As soon as we ended the interview though I knew this was going to be one of my favorites.

Going through and explaining different ways of setting goals and what kind of “light” you are was just a fun and amazing interview.

9. I Am The Future Me, Are You?

My very first episode, just me.

I talk about what to expect on the podcast, and what type of people will be on the show.

When I recorded this episode, I don’t think I had any idea what I was doing.

8. How To Get Started Selling On eBay

Jason Butler has been a friend for a long time and has more side hustles than any one man should have (seriously how does he have the time).

On this episode, we dive deep into eBay, something I still haven’t started doing, and how to get started.

He makes several hundred dollars doing this part-time, so if a few hundred dollars extra a month sounds good to you, you really should listen to this episode.

7. Are You Living Mindfully

Cait is one of those people that could be making so much more money if she wanted.

She has an audience that would buy so much from her, she could be on social media promoting affiliates or her own products. She could do a lot, but she chooses not to.

The most important thing to her is not money, and I wish more people were like her.

During our conversation, I discovered how many things we have in common and how many things I should change in my own life.

6. Where Have You Been?

As has become a habit of mine, I go strong in creating content for a while, then fall off the face of the earth.

This is true of my blog posts, as well as my podcast.

So when I took 3 months off, I felt I had some explaining to do.

5. Meet The IATFM Team

I have been running my business since 2015, but since 2018 I have not been doing it on my own.

My wife started helping, really in 2017, and I hired an assistant in 2018. Honestly, they do far more work than I do at this point.

In this episode, I spoke with each of them, and how they help with the business, and how they feel about the business.

Spoiler alert, my wife didn’t like the business for a long time.

4. Debt Is Not A Death Sentence

I will always have a spot in my heart for Melanie, she gave me my ticket to FinCon16 which allowed everything else that’s good happen to me.

Each year she spends a whole month on Suicide Prevention, and last year I had her on my podcast to talk about it.

3. Start A Successful Online Business

JC was the first person to have me on his podcast about a month after I left my 9 to 5.

So, it felt only right to have him on my show to talk about online business.

We dive deep into what you can do, several different types of online business and what’s working.

2. How An Overeater Restored Her Health And Focus

I still think of this interview almost every day.

Wendy and I spoke openly about our eating habits, and Wendy has been successful.

When I do feel run down, I think of what I have eaten and how that probably caused the issues I’m having.

This was an amazing interview, and I need to follow more of the things I learned in it.

1. The Dividend Mantra Leads To Being Financially Free at 33

It makes me really happy to see that this is the number 1 most downloaded episode of my podcast!

Jason Fieber was the first blogger I started following when I decided enough was enough and I needed to get out of the rat race.

Though we disagree on some things when it comes to finance, I still think he is an amazing person who everyone should follow for inspiration.

This interview, explains how he become financially independent at 33, and how really anyone can do it.

The Future Of The Podcast

So, with the success of these episodes why am I not doing more right now?

Because I have to focus on what I can do, right now I’m blogging, running a Facebook ad agency, and I’ve recently started a YouTube channel.

It’s a lot, but I love podcasting a lot, so it will be something I start doing again in the near future.
